Tasting Sessions Continues With Ebru Günaçan

Ebru Gunacan, the Marketing Manager of Doluca Sarapcilik, graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering of Hacettepe University. She has been serving in the winemaking industry since 2001. After receiving deep training in viticulture and winemaking from Ahmet Kutman, the main wine producer of Doluca, she created and started to hold training programs on wine for both service personnel and consumers. She still provides Wine Professional Certificate Program training, which help service personnel to specialize to become a sommelier, and she also serves as a committee member of the Wines of Turkey with the mission of promoting of Turkish wines abroad.

Doluca is the first wine producer of modern Türkiye. Ebru Günaçan, Marketing Manager of Doluca, will represent the most exclusive wines, explaining their specialties, in accommodation with gastronomic snacks at the Safran A'la Carte Restaurant.
